"I got a complain because I moved from florida and I got a new insurance, in the info was notated the company will be notified to cancel my old car insurance to get my full amount back because was just done on the time of the payment to be taking out of my State Farm account that was the 17 of the month the new insurance I got it on the 19. But after I call to make sure because weeks was passing by I didn't see any refund. I just got a check for less than half of what I was paying. And the lady on the phone told me I supposed to get the rest of the money. Four months pass by I called several times and I was told Today I was Not getting anything else back because when they processed the cancelation it was amount they use to cover the time. I recommend You to put a stop on the bank before they take your money out of your account, Because It will happen that you will be paying double two insurances without using the State farm and you will lose Like I did. It's Not Fair, No Happyyyy with this"

"La asesora Laura telefonicamente me cotizó un seguro full cover, pero en la tarjeta me dio cobertura básica. Al decirle q tengo evidencias de su error fue muy grosera, me envió una nueva cotización mas costosa y me "dijo q buscara otro seguro". Ya he tenido seguros de state farm y es un buen seguro, pero no recomiendo esta oficina, la atención es pésima."
